Aaaak…time gets away from me! I’m waaaay behind on my Bloggers Challenges, and was determined that no matter what, I was going to get one done this week…so I did, but forgot to post it on Friday…sigh…anyway, this week’s challenge was to use Designer Series Paper (Stampin’ Up!) or any patterned paper.
I chose to use patterned paper from Basic Grey…the green background paper is from the same collection, “LilyKate,” I love the soft colors, especially since I wanted to use one of my favorite types of stamps, Flower Fairies by Stamps Happen (this is Primrose Fairy).
I colored the image with Prismacolor markers after stamping it on Whisper White cardstock with Hybrid Palette Noir ink. I blended it a bit with a colorless blender, and added Stickles for the fairy’s headband and the center of the flower. I also used Dew Drops adhered with Glossy Accents by Ranger. The ribbon is May Arts.
Thanks for looking!
Hugs,
Anita
