Blogger’s Challenge 23 – Same Stamp Different Point of View

This week’s challenge was to use the same stamp but from a different point of view.  I used an acrylic 103_0099 stamp from a Christmas set by Basic Grey.  It’s a simple flair with hanging Christmas ornaments.  For one of the cards I stamped the image with Versamark ink and embossed it with gold (the image on the left).  I added red and clear gems to the branches.  The other was stamped with Chocolate Chip ink.  I used basically the same layout, but used different embellishments.  The paper is Daisy D’s.  The fiber’s are Figgy from Basic Grey.

Thanks for looking!  (Sorry I don’t have time to be more detailed but my  daughter had surgery this week and I’m watching my two granddaughters–don’t have as much "free time" as I normally have!)

  1. Wonderful cards! I hope all turns out well with your daughter, but try to enjoy your time with your sweet granddaughters.

  2. Both cards are lovely. I like the different little details that you added to each card to make them unique.

  3. Neat cards, Anita! I really like the color combos!

  4. Great challenge!

  5. These are super. And from so far away from home. Great samples.

  7. VERY, very pretty!

  8. What a pretty image! The colors are so festive and perfect for the season.
