Time Well Spent Card – Bandana Technique

This is another sample I prepared for my online SUDSOL class.  This features the versatile "Time Well Spent" stamp set, a level 3 hostess set.

Stamps:

Time Well Spent

Card stock:

Yoyo Yellow

Whisper White

Basic Black

Accessories:

clear round button

black gingham ribbon

Crop-A-Dile

Crystal Effects

Instructions:

1.  Began by stamping images on the Yoyo Yellow card stock.

2.  Add white accents.

3.  Stamp the sentiment, and then add white details to that as well.

4.  Add a clear button accented with a piece of black gingham ribbon to the center of the   flower.  I find it easier to thread the ribbon through the button holes by first threading the ribbon in a large needle from the tool kit.  I then tie a square knot in the ribbon, and attach it to the card with Crystal Effects.

5.  Layer the card and sentiment on Whisper White and Basic Black card stock, and accent the sentiment layers with black gingham ribbon (I used a Crop-A-Dile to punch the holes for the ribbon.
