There Are Some Things Money Can’t Buy…

I know it’s been a long, long time since I posted.  Too long!  However I just had to post some of what I’ve been up to lately.

July 24 I flew to Spokane, WA to stay with my youngest sister, Nancy, who is also my upline for Stampin’ Up!®  We finished up our 300 swaps for the SU!® (Stampin’ Up!®) convention which was held last week in Denver.  July 28 Nancy and I drove to Lovell, WY to meet up with my younger sister, Denise, who is also a SU! demonstrator and Nancy’s downline.  July 29 the three of us drove to Denver (actually Westminster) to stay at still another younger sister’s home, Gail, who is also a SU! demonstrator and my sideline…you can see where this is going!  We had a blast—and we have pictures to prove it (“prove it” is one of my favorite and most annoying sayings).  I’ll be sharing some swaps over the next few days—they are awesome.

As far as the T-shirts are concerned…Gail designed our t-shirts and Denise had them made up.  They said, “T-Shirt $25; Registration $250; Four sisters from four different states getting together for Convention…priceless!” and “There are some things money can’t buy.”  We had a lot of fun wearing them!  Thanks Gail and Denise!

Our theme for this year’s convention was “Dream Big” and Monday nigh100_1625_2t we had a pajama party at the convention center.  We made some awesome Make & Takes and had a blast!

100_1684_edited That morning we all had manicures and pedicures, and had blue clouds hand-painted on our thumbs and big toes to coordinate with the convention theme!  It was fun to be pampered!
