This week’s blogger’s challenge was to use the layout on page 44 of Stampin’ Up!®’s Spring Summer Catalog (“with deepest sympathy). It didn’t specify that it had to be a sympathy card however…
The card base is Lovely Lilac, and the image is stamped on River Rock. The rest of the card stock is from the Amy Butler Design Mat Pack. I’ve never used this card stock before, and found the colors interesting. This card did not turn out the way I expected, but they rarely do when I’m working “off the cuff” (whatever that means!). I colored the stamped image with chalk and a blender pen.
